Complaints, suggestions and congratulations mailbox

The presentation of Complaints, Suggestions or Congratulations may be made:

• Electronically through the Electronic Registry through the procedure specifically enabled for this in the Electronic Headquarters of the University of Córdoba.

• In person, on paper, at the General Registry or Auxiliary Registry of the Rabanales Campus and other legally admitted places of presentation. For this, a specific form is provided in the following link.

   

To use the telematic route it is essential to have a digital certificate or DNI-e. Contact e-administracion@uco.es for more information.

The Quality and Planning Service acts as a unit for processing complaints, suggestions or congratulations, but not for resolving complaints or implementing suggestions.

The responsible persons assume the obligation to contact the Service or person involved and, if possible, resolve the complaint, incorporate the suggestion into the corresponding process, convey congratulations to their collaborators or communicate the measures adopted in the case of a complaint or suggestion to the sender of the same.
